Biography

Stacy Keibler was born on October 14, 1979 in Baltimore, Maryland. At an early age she loved to dance and was very athletic. Her mother encouraged this tendency and signed her up for dance classes at which she excelled. She began modeling for various print magazines as a young adult. Her first serious job came when she was hired to be a Ravens Football cheerleader. She was not yet twenty when she took the job.

Her natural athleticism led her to enter a contest for World Championship Wrestling in 1999. She won the contest and became one of their Nitro Girls. She played many roles for the WCW including that of Skye, Ms. Hancock and Super Stacy. She quickly became one of WCW fans favorite Diva's, often called "legs" because of her long legged stature.

When WCW was bought out by World Wrestling Entertainment she took even more prominent roles and the WWE retained her contract. In 2004 she was voted the WWE's Babe of The Year award.

Her dancing classes from her childhood years also paid off when she took part in the Dancing with the Stars television series. She and ballroom dancer Tony Dovolani finished in third place but got great scores from judges in several categories. She also wrote a fitness column for Stuff Magazine during this time and appeared on its cover several times. She continues to work for the WCW in many roles.
