Cleavers Tea

Boldo Tea

This Chilean herb smells nicer than mint and is an excellent digestive stimulant that also supports liver and gall bladder function. It is disinfecting to the urinary tract and useful for people with cystitis. Available as a tea or tincture.

Chaparral Tea

This Southwest herb can be used in tea, tincture, or tablet form. It is a traditional treatment for cancer used by curanderos in Arizona and New Mexico. Available as loose leaf tea, in tablets, and as a tincture.

Cleaver's Tea

Ingrid's carminative tea made with cleavers and sarsaparilla and lovely spices: ginger, cardamon, galangal, star anise, pepper, and cloves.

Ojibwa Tea, a version of Essiac

This famous formula or a variation of it is sold in almost every health foods store.

Pipsissewa Tea

This tea might be a littel stronger than boldo. It encourages elimination by stimulating the flow of urine. It also tends to reduce blood sugar. Available as a tea or tincture.

Violet Tea

This is a variation of Ingrid's lymphatic tea, using violets, one of the remedies for cancer favored by Hildegard of Bingen, and the same carminative herbs as found in the cleavers tea.

Yarrow Tea

Hildegard of Bingen recommended yarrow to prevent metastasis. Many today also use it to protect the liver from damage while undergoing chemotherapy. Available as a tea or tincture.
