Jennie Garth
Jennifer Eve Garth was born on April 3rd, 1972 in Urbana, Illinois. Her parents both had three children from previous marriages when they married. The couple then had Jennie making it a family of seven. She was raised on a horse ranch outside of Urbana. When Jennie was thirteen she and her family moved to Phoenix, Arizona. When she was fifteen she entered a talent competition and afterwards was spotted by a talent scout who suggested she move to Los Angeles. Soon after she and her mother re-located to California and Jennie left school to pursue acting classes. She auditioned for a role in A Brand New Life four months after moving to LA and won the part, however, she soon after won the role of Kelly Taylor on a then new Fox series Beverly Hills 90210. She was on the show for ten years and in that time she became a well known actress as the show gained a large following over the years. While working on 90210 she acted in other TV shows and appeared in two films, Power 98 in 1996 and My Brother's War in 1997. She also went on to star in several TV movies, some of which she also directed and/or produced. On the personal front she married musician Daniel Clark in 1994, but the couple divorced in 1996. She later married actor Peter Facinelli in 2001. The couple had a daughter together in 1997 and another child in 2002 after their marriage. Garth began acting in the TV series What I like About You in 2002 and continued in the role until the show ended in 2006. Tidbits
