Indiana Evans was born July 27, 1990 in Australia. She stars in the popular Australian soap opera Home and Away as Matilda Hunter. She began on the show in January of 2004 and was the youngest of the cast when she joined. She co-stars with Clarissa House, who plays her mother, Henry Hunter, who plays her twin brother, Kip Gamblin, Amy Mizzi and Jason Smith who play her other siblings.

The young actress left school to pursue her acting career and is privately tutored. She also appeared in the TV show Snobs as well as many commercials in Australia and America. In 2006 she and her then boyfriend and co-star/boyfriend on Far and Away, announced that they were a couple much to the surprise of the audience. Keep an eye out for Indiana as she is slated to be one of Australia's rising stars in the coming years.
