Kelly Brook
Kelly Ann Parsons was born on November 23, 1979 in Great Britain, in the town of Chatham, in Kent County. After leaving school in Rochester, Brook studied at the Italia Conti Stage School in London for three years before becoming a professional model. She began her career by winning a beauty contest that her mother had entered her in. Kelly ended up working as a model for a local flooring company and supplemented her income working as a waitress as well. Later she was discovered by the Daily Star. She was featured as one of their Page Three Girls. At that time she also started to appear in various British men's magazines like "Loaded." Her career started to grow in 1999 when she was given the role of host, replacing Denise Van Outen on the The Big Breakfast Show. After hosting for the show for about six months she heard from news reports that she was going to be fired while on vacation. She quickly quit the show rather than be fired. Her next job came in the form of modeling for Triumph International Underwear. They shot a very sexy image of her for their billboard ads. The ads were placed in London, they later went on record as being the most popular in all of England. She began as a presenter once again in 2005 for national TV on Celebrity Love Island. She also presented for MTV. She also appeared in minor roles in a several movies including, Sorted and Ripper. She played the girlfriend of Clark Kent's best friend in four episodes of the WB series, Smallville during 2001 and 2002. Brook has also completed assignments as a movie actress in Canada and made a short appearance in the 2003 movie The Italian Job. She recently starred in a Miss Marple drama on ITV. Her forthcoming film Three, in which she co-starred with Billy Zane, caused controversy when Brook and Zane requested her nude scenes be excised from the final cut. The producers refused. Tidbits
